what to cook next week πŸ‘

I don't know about where you are, but here in Georgia, it's still HOT. But once Labor Day passes, I'm in an autumn mindset, so I have to find a happy medium between cooking things that are not full-on summer recipes but also not heating the kitchen for hours.

Next week's menu includes some of my favorite quick and easy recipes for dinner since kids are back in school, sports are gearing up, and everyone is already out of time.

The creamy Tuscan chicken is dreamy over pasta. Add a simple Caesar salad on the side if you like to have something fresh and green with your meal. You can make this homemade lemon dressing and use it all week.

It's not quite apple season yet, but I'm so ready. I've already made my Apple Crisp Without Oats, so I've included it here for you to try. I think you'll love how easy and tasty it is.

Featured Dessert:

  • Apple Crisp Without Oats - this recipe has been a reader favorite for many years. We make the whole thing in one dish, with a delicious oat-free streusel.
